Each of the 22 counties in East Texas will have an opportunity to raise funds to make Blankets for their children being removed from dangerous environments. Training for sewing these Blankets is starting NOW! We currently have 40 Blanket kits ready to be given out for training and the best part? These finished Blankets stay in the County for their children! Get a sewing group together and contact us for more information. Don’t sew but still want to help? We have 40 kits that still need labels to be able to be given to the groups that desire training. A label for these Blankets costs less than a fast-food lunch. Just $10 will put a label on these blankets and finish these training kits. Other volunteer efforts are needed to get Blankets to our children. Funds raised by the county will stay in the county to continue to support their children.
